EPS Group provides civil engineering, land development, transportation, water resources, utility coordination, planning, landscape architecture, survey, and construction management services for public agencies across Arizona and the Southwest. Through this contract, 1GPA Members may access engineering and related professional services to support site development, infrastructure, roadway, drainage, water/wastewater, municipal, education, and community improvement projects.
